I would like to use the opportunity to share a TED talk by Richard Wilkinson. Richard W & Kate Pickett published the 'Spirit Level' a popular science book about why more equal societies do better. Really interesting and very accessible.

I have the pleasure of working with Kate sometimes and fully support the Equality Trust.. where everyone earns the same.
