the new daily PhD mantra

my dearest Su is just reminding me:

"My friend, you are looking at the mountain. You will get there by climbing one step at a time."

i so need her to drop by while i am tearing my hair in my office ...*

So, this is the new mantra:

A PhD is done one word - and one R-command! - at a time.
