anicca' (aka 'everything is impermanent') to the fact that my second hour of daily meditation was snitched by Python, PyYaml, Gnu Make, R, svn, TeX and friends as i spent
all day re-building a digital work environment. configuring required substantial, equal amounts of focus and concentration i dare say, plus some considerable remote WA and CA assistance ;-). i am geekily-happy and incredibly grateful as everything is coming back together. further bugs i consciously choose to leave for tomorrow, given that i am way past sleeping schedule. i look so much forward to the first 'run' ! # moi, la geeke
and then i spontaneously choose to lie down on the floor and
still get so swept away by
post 7:13. it makes me shiver. shiver with delight, open ears, and heart. gosh, that is what i call 'sensations on the body'.
"off you go" is how assistant teachers like to say it ... dear bed, i am coming.
