Life is what happens when i am not blogging

The fall is slowly settling over Ann Arbor, Michigan. The few yellow or red trees among the yet resistant green ones are the herald of a beautiful season coming. I am looking back at weeks of summer, laughter, statistics, joy, and travel. Weeks that i spent with some, many or alone, in noise or silence, in stillness or movement, always in a flow.

So much that i can write about, so many pictures to show, so many memories in my mind and heart that i instantly have to laugh by the very thought of it. My heart feels warm and ever growing. I close my eyes and quietly, smilingly i return to a certain moment in time.

Or, i open my eyes, step out into the world at the very front of the doorstep and pass on to a new adventure. And, wow, there are many waiting around here.

Ahead of me are marvellous days, weeks, months. But equally beautiful is the very moment i am writing this. Carrying my first contact improvisation jam in my bones, sitting on my new bed, all cozy, warm and comfy, feeling so connected, so welcome, and at home. Once more i realise, home is where my bare foot is.

Thank you, if you spent this amazing summer with me. What a great time we had! I'll catch up soon - on a girls' weekend in Brussels, crazy times and costumes at Burning Man, a love retreat to Pembrokeshire, and of course the latest Midwestern escape. xoxox
